Funskydiving can change the prices without notice, based on operational costs fluctuation (fuel, parts and maintenance). In case of price changes, all credits will be applied towards the new prices and are subjected to a surcharge, matching any existent balance. All scheduled jumps are dependent on aircraft airworthiness, good weather conditions (no rain, low clouds or wind gusts). Funskydiving reserves the right to delay, reschedule or cancel your jump to ensure safety of everyone involved on our jump operations. All reschedules will be based on availability for the desired date and requires an advance notice. Men over 200 lbs of weight and women over of 180 lbs of weight, younger’s than 18 years of age, or anyone under influence of controlled substances WILL NOT be performing a skydive, NO EXCEPTIONS. All students will also be physically evaluated prior to their jumps, to ensure they can fit in the harness properly, perform all physical movements necessary to exit the plane safely, assume a stable freefall position on their own and lift their legs at waist high to prevent any injures on ankles or legs during the landing process.
